SUMMARY: This document announces the Office of Management and Budget
(OMB) responses to Agency Clearance requests, in compliance with the
Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.). An agency may not
conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to, a
collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB
control number. The OMB control numbers for EPA regulations are listed
in 40 CFR part 9 and 48 CFR chapter 15.

Release of Final Document Related to the Review of the National
Ambient Air Quality Standards for Carbon Monoxide

AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

ACTION: Notice of Availability.

SUMMARY: The Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards (OAQPS) of
EPA is announcing the availability of a final document titled,
Quantitative Risk and Exposure Assessment for Carbon Monoxide (REA).
The REA describes quantitative analyses that have been conducted as part of the review of the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) for carbon monoxide
(CO).

DATES: The REA will be available on or about May 28, 2010.

Weatherization Assistance for Low-Income Persons: Maintaining the
Privacy of Applicants for and Recipients of Services

AGENCY: Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, Department of
Energy.

ACTION: Final rule.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) published an interim final
rule on March 11, 2010, requiring that all States and other service
providers that participate in the Weatherization Assistance Program
(WAP) treat all requests for information concerning applicants and
recipients of WAP funds in a manner consistent with the Federal
Government's treatment of information requested under the Freedom of
Information Act (FOIA). DOE is today adopting the interim final rule as
final without change.

DATES: This rule is effective July 7, 2010.
