Oil Pollution Prevention; Non-Transportation Related Onshore and
Offshore Facilities
AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is amending the
dates by which facilities must prepare or amend their Spill Prevention,
Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans, and implement those Plans to
November 10, 2010. The Agency is also establishing November 10, 2010 as
the date for farms to prepare or amend their Spill Prevention, Control,
and Countermeasure Plans (SPCC Plans), and implement those Plans.
DATES: This final rule is effective June 19, 2009.

Coppers Amendment to the Reregistration Eligibility Decision
AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

SUMMARY: This notice announces EPA's decision to modify certain
provisions that were specified in the 2006 Reregistration Eligibility
Decision (RED) for the copper pesticides. EPA conducted this
reassessment of the Coppers RED in response to public comments received
during the comment period, and updated information that would impact
product labeling. Based on the new information received, and in a
continuing effort to mitigate risk, the Agency has made certain
modifications in the Coppers RED.

Coppers Amendment to the Reregistration Eligibility Decision

SUMMARY: This notice announces EPA's decision to modify certain
provisions that were specified in the 2006 Reregistration Eligibility
